 Land Of Enchantment Circuit

The 2024 Land Of Enchantment Circuit will be held April 5th-7th, once again at EXPO New Mexico, our traditional venue. We’ll have two sets of classes with three judges, basically the same format as we had for our 75th Anniversary Celebration show in 2023! More information is posted below. Also see the flyer below. Sponsorships are welcome,  appreciated and needed for this event. Judges for this event are: Laurel Wachtel, Courtney Fuller and Keith Longacre. Dressage and Western Dressage

We had three Classical Dressage and Western Dressage events in conjunction with the Arabian Horse Association of New Mexico at three AHANM shows in 2023. These were WDAA and AQHA approved events. We will continue this program in 2024 at two AHANM shows and at the NMState Fair. The first event was the Chamisa Classic, March 15-17, the second will be the Zia Classic, May 7-12, details at nmarabs.org/zia-classic. The third will be at the NM State Fair September 6th. These shows will also have All-Breed English, western, ranch and over fences classes as well as the Dressage (AQHA) and Western Dressage (AQHA & WDAA) event.

New Mexico State Fair

There will be an AQHA/NMQHA approved show this year at the NMSF. All NMSF horse shows, September 4th-15th, 2024, will be under new management with Mariah Wilson. The AQHA show will be in cooperation with the NMQHA Board and Show Committee! Once again, more information with specific dates will be posted as soon as it is available.

💥FUN Shows💥

NMQHA will be  repeating the well-received Buckle Series of three All-Breed Fun Shows in 2024. The first will be April 28th at the Bernalillo County 4-H arena. Click here for April 28th Fun Show schedule and rules.  The second and third in the series will be June 30th and October 27th at the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Posse Arena.

Once again, thank you to Bernalillo County 4-H, Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Posse, all exhibitors, their families, our sponsors, judges, volunteers and staff for making these “fun shows” possible.
