The third in our Buckle Series of three All-Breed Fun Shows will be  October 6th at the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Posse arena. Everyone is welcome, all breeds, all ages. Look for entry information posted on this page as the date gets closer! Once again, THANK YOU you to Bernalillo County 4-H, Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Posse, all exhibitors, their families, our sponsors, judges, volunteers and staff for making these “fun shows” possible. 

 Land Of Enchantment Circuit

The 2024 Land Of Enchantment Circuit was held April 5th-7th, once again at EXPO New Mexico, our traditional venue. We had two sets of classes with three judges, basically the same format as we had for our 75th Anniversary Celebration show in 2023! A big THANK YOU to our sponsors, staff, judges, volunteers, exhibitors and their families, without whose help this show would not have been possible.

AQHA Dressage and Western Dressage

 We are continuing this program with AHANM in 2024 at two AHANM shows and at the NM State Fair. The first event was the Chamisa Classic, March 15-17, the second was the Zia Classic, May 7-12 at EXPO New Mexico. The third will be at the NM State Fair September 6-7th. All AQHA and WDAA dressage classes are listed within the Arabian show premium for the State Fair. 

New Mexico State Fair

There will be a double judged AQHA/NMQHA approved show September 12-13th, with VRH and cattle classes September 14-15th. All NMSF horse shows, September 5th-15th, 2024, will be under new management with Mariah Wilson. The AQHA show will be in cooperation with the NMQHA Board and Show Committee! There will also be Arabian, Paint, Pinto, Buckskin, Appaloosa, Palomino, and All Breed shows as well as the Ranch and Versatility classes. The 2024 NMSF is being revitalized with added money, prizes, perks, plus clinics (see Schedule) and will be of direct benefit to participating organizations, including NMQHA.
